I’m not Italian but I love Italian food. The hard-anodized aluminum construction and Quantanium nonstick finish in combination with an aluminum core and titanium reinforcement provide it with the strength, durability, and even cooking surface that helps foods come out right. It also means that I don’t have a hard time cleaning up and trying to get sticky sauces off the cookware when the meal is over. Although I have to wash them by hand, they come clean with almost no effort on my part.
